Check-in counters open 2 hours before departure and close strictly 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.For all flights departing India and Colombo only, check-in opens 3 hours prior to departure and closes 1 hourbefore departure.

Passengers travelling on TR-, DG- and RI-designated flights are allowed 7kg of carry-on luggage plus 1 laptopcomputer each. Passengers on TT-designated Australian domestic flights are allowed 2 pieces of carry-on luggageprovided that each item does not exceed the dimensions of 54cm X 38cm X 23cm, with a maximum combinedweight of 10kg.

Passengers are currently required to pay local departure taxes directly to the authorities upon departure fromIndonesia and Philippines. Local departure taxes will be pre-collected by the airline for departure for all otherdestinations.

Taxes for flights departing Singapore include a S$2.20 aviation levy per passenger.

Changes to the flight, date or route are accepted up to 4 hours prior to scheduled departure time.

Smoking is not permitted on any of our flights.


All TR-designated flights departing/arriving on or before 24 Sep 2012 from Singapore Changi Airport will be at theBudget Terminal. Flights departing/arriving from 25 Sep 2012 onwards will be at Terminal 2 (T2).

DG-designated flights are operated by SEAIR.

RI-designated flights are operated by Mandala.
