• Apply strategies to enhance personal development and interpersonal skills to obtain a greater understanding of self through self-evaluation
• Prioritize by importance– To-do lists – Planners– Calendars
• Do not over commit yourself– Learn to say no
• Avoid procrastination (what is it? I’ll tell you tomorrow)
• Develop self-esteem– Know your strengths and weaknesses• Accept yourself as you are
– Be aware that hormones will affect you physically and emotionally
