The objective will ensure the deployment of Short Term ATFCM Measures – Phase 1 (as defined by the Interim Deployment Programme – IDP)

As deployed in London, Raims and Maastricht FMP

A more automated version of STAM (labeled STAM phase 2) will be released in the next years by SESAR – Not within the scope of FCM04!
