Comprehensive Explanation
Scope: Multi-N (changed in ESSIP Plan ed. 2013 to match the reports provided by individual ANSPs in the LSSIP 2012 exercise)
Applicability area: AT / BA / BE / BG / CH / CZ / DE / DK / EE / ES / FI / FR / HR / HU / IE / IT / LU / LV / MAS / ME / NL / NO / PL / PT / RO / RS / SE / TR / UA / UK
Requirements: Implement in En-Route operations in selected ACCs, information exchange mechanisms, tools and procedures in support of Basic AMAN operations in adjacent and/or subjacent TMAs.

Finalisation Criteria and Closed Questions
Follows from what is said on slide before: REG01 / REG02 – The NSA provides an oversight of the changes
and the introduction of the change into service was accepted and a notification of acceptance has been provided to the ANSP.
ASP01 – ASP03 – assessed, adapted and implemented, documented and in operational use.
ASP05 – AIS information is updated. NSA conducts oversight of changes? Safety assessment done by ASP and accepted by NSA? Notification of acceptance received from NSA? Information available in the AIP?

ESSIP Report 2012
It was a new objective in 2011. 5 ANSPs have implemented it; another 4 have partially completed
the actions and 11 reported as planned within the objective FOC date (12/2017).
From the reported ANSP plans, the current estimate for achievement is 12/2016 for 80% of the applicable area.
