Software Developer

(Junior)

The Junior Software Developer will report to a technical lead and is expected to:

- Develop and enhance software applications through coding and testing.

- Deliver highest quality software by creating unit test plan and testing code thoroughly.

- Familiarize with the tools, applications, and processes used for software development.

- Implement solutions as designed in technical documentation specification and coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews and training. - Prepare project documentations and

coordinate technical issues. - Depending on assignment, use Agile Software

Development process for implementing solutions.

- Understand the business rules and concepts, software specifications and designs provided by the technical lead and apply them in completing the assigned task.

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (computer/telecommunications) from a reputable university.

- Has knowledge or relevant work experience in any of the following programming languages or technologies: Java/J2EE, C++, C, XML/XHTML or CGI-Python.

- Must show understanding of Object-oriented programming concept;

- Must display ability to work with teams and different culture;

- Must display ability to learn in a short time and work under pressure;

- Must be Versatile, Flexible, Proactive, Analytical, Disciplined and Self-motivated.

EXPERIENCED JAVA/C++

Software

Developer

This position reports to the technical lead and is expected to:

- Develop and enhance software applications through coding and testing.

- Design and implement technical solutions to meet client requirements.

- Display expertise with the tools, applications, and processes used for software development.

- Provide training and coaching to less experienced software developers.

- Depending on assignment, use Agile Software Development process for implementing solutions.

- Troubleshoot system problems through analysis of code, identify system issues and concerns, and provide resolution.

- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of innovation.

- Understand the business rules and concepts, software specifications and designs provided by the business analysts and apply them in completing the assigned task.

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (computer/telecommunications) from reputable university.

- Must have at least 3 years of extensive experience in Object-oriented programming specifically on J2EE or Unix C++; exposure to latest Java development tools would be ideal.

- Knowledge in CORBA, TCP/IP technology and distributed programming is a plus.

- Strong project management, system analysis, design, workload scheduling, leadership, and mentoring skills desired.

- Interest and knowledge in mobile solutions is a plus.

- Must display ability to learn in a short time and work under pressure;

- Must be Versatile, Flexible, Proactive, Analytical, Disciplined and Self-motivated.

- Excellent interpersonal, English written and oral communication skills.

Jr. Project Manager

Software Test

Engineer

(Junior & Experience

d)

The Software Test Engineer will report to a software test team lead and is expected to:

- Participate in the validation and qualification of mobile solution products,

- Create test scripts and testing activities on smart cards (SIM, Identity cards…) and global system using mobiles, tools and transactional servers.

- Work with development and other software test team members to evaluate solution functionality while recommending improvements.

- Test software conforming to established process and standards to ensure business requirements are met.

- Write, update and execute test cases during system test and regression test.

- Identify and document software defects during testing.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (computer/telecommunications) or Business course from a reputable university.

IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

1. IT hardware and software installations and upgrades.

2. Maintenance of IT equipment (must be able to do 1st level and liaise with Vendor for Support).

3. Systems housekeeping tasks (account maintenance, file system clean up).

4. System and security logs monitoring. 5. User account and privilege monitoring. 6. System backup and recovery. 7. IT inventory including warranties and supplies

9. Will be in charge of the IT / Network Administration of the OCS Philippines Personalization Bureau

1. 3-5 years experience with a strong understanding of implementing Windows infrastructure.

2. Knowledge of Windows 2003/2000 Active Directory.

3. Knowledge of Exchange 2003, IIS5/6, SQL Server 2000 / 2005 an advantage.

4. Knowledge of Linux an advantage.

5. Thorough understanding of TCP/IP and related networking protocols, DNS, DHCP. SMTP, etc.

6. Proven ability to research tough problems, track down and resolve network and other issues.

7. Understanding of Ethernet networks and future high speed technologies.

1. Knowledgeable in MOSS Administration and Development
