CommanderKerchnermade a statementconcerning what he believes
wasan absolutely incredulouslegal brief filed by the lawyers for
President Obama onMarch 8 because it shows the total disregard
for theConstitutionof theUnitedStatesheld by thisAdministration.
If thisAdministration canignore something as important asArticle II
of the Constitution, then it will be much easier forthem to ignore,
or simplyerase, theBill of Rights. Cmdr. Kerchnernoted that Obamas
lawyersaresaying Obama andCongress can totally ignoretheU.S.
Constitutionandthere is nothingWeThe People can legally doabout it.
No one has standing to right the wrong when Obama andCongress
violatedArticle II of theConstitutionandseat, illegally, an
ineligible personas Presidentand Commander-in-Chief of ourvast
military power. WeThe People created the federal governmentandWe
The People aregoing to fix this totally broken and runaway federal
government. Obama andhisblind followershave gone a bridgetoofar in
thedisgraceful and unconstitutional 2008 election.This will
notstand. WeThe People will notpermit it.

Obama Flaunts The Constitution
On March 8,2010,putative President BarackObama and Congress
filedtheir Opposition Brief to theKerchner appeal currently
pendingin theThird CircuitCourtof Appeals in Philadelphia.We now
haveuntilMarch 22, 2010, to fileour reply brief which will
address thearguments thedefendants have made in their opposition
brief.
The defendantsbrief is a presentation of general statements of
thelaw ofstanding.Appealingto whatother courtshavedone,the
defendants basically tell the court that the Kerchner case
should bedismissedbecause all theother Obama caseshavebeen
dismissed.
Its main pointis that the Kerchner plaintiffs have not proven
that they have standing because they failed to showthat they
have
suffered a concrete andparticularized injury.
The brief does not even acknowledge our factual allegations
against Obama which are that he is not and cannot be
anArticleII
natural born Citizenbecausehis father was a British
subject/citizen and not a UnitedStates citizen and Obama himselfwas
a British
subject/citizen at thetime Obama was born and that he has failed
to even showthat he is at least a citizenof theUnited States by
conclusivelyprovingthat he was born in Hawaii.It is strangeas to
why thebriefdoes not even contain thesefactualallegations
within
it,giving the appearance that theJustice Department does not
want such allegations to be even included in any official
courtrecord.
Nor does thebrief acknowledge let alone addresswhat all our
legal arguments are on thequestionsof standing and political
question.
Rather, it merely repeatswhat the Federal District Courtsaid in
its decision which dismissed theKerchner case for what it found
was
lack of standing and thepolitical question doctrine and asks the
CourtofAppeals to affirm theDistrict Courts decision dismissing
ourcomplaint/petition.
I will be doingmy part byfiling myreply to thedefendantsbrief on
or before March 22, 2010. Now its your turn to do your part.
This
lawsuit, like every lawsuit filed against theusurper in theWhite
House, costs money. But I want you to stop and thinkof how much it
is
going to cost you, your children and your childrens children if
wedo not prevail.
The cost, in terms of money will be staggering. It will amount
to trillions of dollars. But that cost will beinfinitesimal
compared to our lost liberty.When you open your checkbook,
askyourself just onequestion:How much is your libertyworth?
