OASIS INTEROPERABILITY SHOWCASE at RSA 2014 featuring KMIP & PKCS 11 What is an OASIS Interop? An OASIS Interoperability Demonstration(s) (Interops) are public interoperability demonstrations that showcase multi-vendor implementations, within a vendor neutral forum, of approved OASIS work. OASIS Interops are official Consortium activities, endorsed by one or more OASIS Technical Committees, and mutually supported by OASIS staff and Interop participants. All Interops must follow the official OASIS Interoperability Demonstration Policy: https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/interop Participation criteria for RSA Be an OASIS member; Have products that support the interoperability scenario developed by the Interop participants; Agree to cover the participation fee, which helps cover all the costs associated with the demontration; and Abide by ALL the rules set forth from OASIS and the Interop group, including promising to have at least one and no more than two representatives in the showcase area at all times. Participants will operate out of the OASIS Interop showcase booth. This space is noted on the next slide (#1909). Our space, stationed on the main RSA show floor, will focus solely on the standard(s) and Interop(s). Each Participant will be provided with a workstation within the space (further details noted later in the slide deck). During the length of the exhibition, OASIS staff will introduce booth visitors to the Interop concept(s) and encouraged them to walk around to view each company's implementation. An Interop flyer, featuring information about the demonstration and each participating company, will be distributed online and throughout the event. OASIS will work with RSA to further promote the Interop, as well as seek other ways to elevate our visibility (i.e. reception sponsorship or a give-away raffle). Background on the RSA Interop format OASIS InterOps are designed to be self-supporting and not revenue-generating. To offset expenses, each OASIS Interop participant contributes a participation fee.
