II . ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
Nominations William Sullivan for President Michael Rzechula for Secretar y Peter Pollack for Treasurer (i f he will accept)
Motion made by Smi th, seconded by Adams t~ elect the nominees. Passed unanimously.
I II. SEARCH COMMITTEE FOR NEW TRUSTEES
It was agr eed that the Director will place notices in ACORNS and the GAZETTE i nformin g the membership that there is one vacancy on the Board of Trustees. The Director wi ll collect the na~es of applicants and will submit them to the Board at a later date.
IV . WORTH TOWNSHI P REVENUE SHARING FUNDS REPORT It was reported by t he Director t hat the society is currently approximately $2,882.72 in arrears in payments of b i l ls . It was reported that $1,650.00 may be recieved as an advance payment to o ffset some of these bills.
V . OTHER FUND I'<A I SING EVENTS It was suggested after a general discussion o f f und rai sing, that certifi c ates of appreciation for donors to the Soc iety be investigated.
VI. OTHER BUSINESS It was reported by the Director that he wil l meet with the representatives of the Oak Lawn Park District to discuss their plans for a museum i n the village. He will report the results of the meeting to t he turstees at the next mee ting .

rI • .JOIN-I .V DAY A di scussion was held to have a "Join-In Da y" at the Society du r i na the cominq school year which would feature crafts such as spinning an d weavin g , candle- d ippi ng, etc . and a l low the visitors to attempt to d uplicate the effo rt. rt wa s sugge sted by Pete Pollack that perhaps hand-cranked ice cream could b e demonstrated ans sol d as well as ch urned butter. The trustees were f avorable to havin g a "Join-In Day".

MEMBERS HIP COMMI TTEE-To contact prospective members and introduce t hem to the program and services of the Society.

ACCESSIONS COMMITTEE-To contact prospective donors of artifacts to t he Society and encour age them to present them to the Society.

v . FINANCIAL REPORT The Director reported that another defi c it exists, but that the agreemen t f or revenue sharincr had arrived. Following a b r ief discussion a motion was made by Pollack, s e c onded by Rzech ula to enter a resolution to enter into the Revenue S haring Agreement with ~lorth Township. Passed [,'nanimousl y.
