The game start with The heroes' turn.

Amra the lion - King Conan (Conan's Sword, Chainmail) 2 troops to command - Black Dragons and CrossbowmanAmboola (Sword, Zingaran Breastplate) 2 troops to command - Black Dragons and Crossbowman

After setup, the Heroes move 4 gem(s) from her Reserve zone to her Fatigue zone.

The Overlord starts with 4 gems in their Reserve zone and 8 in their Fatigue zone, and places the recovery token showing a recovery

value of 5 in the Book of Skelos.

From the Ashes: : 4 reinforcement points  that can only be spent on MUMMIES. They can only rise in the 3 central swamp spaces

market .

Just not THAT dead yet : 3 reinforcement points that can only be spent on PICT HUNTERS. They can only rise where there's a deadPict, if there are less than 3 dead Picts, the difference is lost.

Special rulesKing Conan : This senario is to be played with the King Conan from the Colette box. Will update it later. But it's possible to playwith amra the Lion too withou any change, i think.

Setup : Place the Time Marker on the "3" space of the track. Make a deck of cards with the following:  Sacred Treasure; Cape;Stygian Scepter.There are 4 objectives tokens, 3 periferical and the central one (I use the pile of skulls to mark them). The 3 periferical ones canbe searched with a simple manipulation action, the central one cannot! When you search one of these pile of skulls, draw onecard from the deck of 3 cards and destroy the objective token. Destroying the pile of skulls weakens the dark magic; when youdraw a card, add the weight of the card to the turn marker (example: If the turn marker is at "3" and the heroes draw a cardwith a height of 2, now the heroes have 5 turns to try to win the game). The Heroes objective is to bring the 3 itens to the centeraltar, when they do that, they win the game.

Supreme Leadership : Each gem moved from their reserve zone to their fatigue zone can activate 2 allies of the same type(Black Dragons or Crossbowman) anywhere on the map. Each ally can still only be activated once per turn.

Elite Units : Ally units (Black Dragons and Crossbowman) can make a simple manipulation instead of attacking IF the areahave no enemies.Ally units can carry itens as if they were a hero, but for each height unit of the card, decrease the ally defense by one. If thedefense would go below 0, the ally can't carry the item (too heavy to fight without being a hero). leave the card in the area. Anyadditional dice that the card gives are not used by allies.

Terrain : There are 2 levels, the Swamp level and the Boardwalk level. The Swamp level are difficult terrain and a character must spend 1 extra movement points to move out of the swamp area. 

To jump down From the boardwalk level to the swamp, it's normal movement (1 movement point) and receives  damage

or  if the character have the Leap ability. ALL ARMOR APPLIES AND YOU CAN SPEND GEMS TO DEFEND (le parkour style). Thisdamage does not apply if there's a ramp or staircase connecting both regions. To climb up from swamp to boardwalk, it's plus 1 movement point, so it's 3 movement ponts total normally (1 MV + 1 MV movingout of swamp + 1 MV climbing). non-hero characters can climb up IF they spend the 2 movemet points climbing, and there's anon hindered ally or hero in the boardwalk area to pull him up. they can't attack after being pulled up. Heroes can be pulled up ifhe spend 2 MV and there are 2 non hindered ally or hero in the boardwalk area (heroes are heavy after all, all muscles andstuff); heroes can attack after being pulled up. The four boulders are normal terrain (no additional difficulty outside the ones stated above). There's no need to "climb up" theboulders, you can move from swamp to boulder with 2 MV (1 + 1 moving out of swamp area). To move from boulder toboardwalk, it's the normal 1 MV. 

Swamp dwellers : Swamp Demon, Shubba and Afari does not pay 1 aditional movement point when moving out of a swamparea. So for these 3, it's 2 MV to move from a swamp area to a boardwalk area (1 MV + 1 MV to climb)

Pestilence Rage : Afari can't choose to NOT conterattack. He must always do it, if possible.

I will rise again : When a Pict Hunter is killed, don't remove him from the map. Put the miniature down on the area that hewas killed. When the event tile is activated and the Pict reinforcement is choosen, the reinforcement can only appear where'sthere a dead pict.

Undead Hunters : The Picts, swamp demon (and Mummies of course) are considered undeads in this scenario (for thePestilential Swarm magic effect). Afari is not an undead!
