as a continuing airworthiness management organization in compliance with Section A, Subpart G of Part-M, approved to manage the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft listed in the attached schedule ofapproval and, when stipulated, to issue recommendations and airworthiness review certificates after anairworthiness review as specified in point M.A. 710 CAO.IRI Part-M, and, when stipulated, to issuepermits to fly as specified in point M.A.711(c) ofCAO.IRI Part-M of the same regulation.

Conditions:

I. This approval is limited to that specified in the scope of approval section of the approved continuingairworthiness management exposition as referred to in Section A, Subpart G of CAO.IRI Part-M,

2. This approval requires compliance with the procedures specified in CAO.IRI Part-M approved continuingairworth iness management exposition.

3. This approval is valid whilst the approved continuing airworthiness management organization remains incompliance with CAO.IRI Part-M.

4. Where the continuing airworthiness management organization contracts under its Quality System the serviceof an/several organization(s), this approval remains valid subject to such organization(s) fulfilling applicablecontractual obligations.

5. This approval does not constitute an authorization to operate the types of aircraft referred in paragraph I.Theauthorization to operate the aircraft is the Air Operator Certificate (AOC).

6. Termination, suspension or revocation of the AOC automatically invalidates the present approval in relationto the aircraft registrations specified in the AOC, unless otherwise explicitly stated by CAO.lRI.

7. Subject to compliance with the previous conditions, this approval shall remain valid until any specified dateof expiry, unless the approval has previously been surrendered, suspended or revoked.

0.2. General Information

0.2.1 Brief description of the organization

Iran Aseman Airlines was formed in 1978 by merging of four aviation companies: Air Taxi, Pars Air,Air Services and Hoor Aseman and now it is one of the major airlines of Islamic Republic of Iran. IAAis a full member of lATA operating in commercial and cargo air transport in domestic and regionalroutes. Aseman Airlines handles its maintenance facilities at Tehran, Mashhad and Shirazinternational airports and is operating aircrafts from short to medium range. IAA network spreadsacross internal cities and Middle-East. From its hub in Tehran and Shiraz, we are flying to the 50domestic and regional destinations. Refer to the organization charts of paragraph 0.6; 1M as acommercial air transport is organized under the management of the accountable manager.

In addition; 1M uses its approved Engineering and maintenance organization to satisfy the CAO. IRIPart 145 requirements in Line, Base and maintenance support of the airframe, systems andcomponents in according to the scope of maintenance organization approval (MOA).

Off wing engine maintenance is provided by the approved repair stations under signed contract,details of which are contained in part 3 of this manual. Engine health monitoring is currently carriedout by 1M engineering department. Details appear in part 2 of this manual.

0.2.2 Relationship with Other Organizations

IAA currently operates independently of any other organizations. It is however, a signatory tomaintenance contracts with maintenance organizations that are approved or accepted by theCAO.IRI standards for various services.

0.2.3 Fleet Composition

1M currently operates the following aircraft types, as of 1 NOV 2015:
