The criteria II Teaching –Learning and Evaluation of 350 marks to Prof. Vanita

The criteria III Research, Innovations and Extension of 150 marks to Prof. Sarita

TITLE: IQAC
DISCUSSIONS: NAAC SEATING (Discussions regarding the preparation of NAAC SSR)
FOLLOWING ARE THE THINGS DISCUSSED IN THE MEETING: -
1) To update the results of the academic year 2015-16 in NAAC.
2) To add the all the activities to be held in college in NAAC criteria
3) To add all the information about personal enhancements and information about everything
which is new.
4) The following are the 3 new courses introduced in the meeting: -
Course name: -java, Asp.net, SQL, Android Application Development, Ethical Hacking,
Cloud Computing, Robotics, Cyber Security, PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
No. Of students: -1 student for Adroid,4 Student for Java
Subject: - java, Asp.net, SQL, Android Application Development, Ethical Hacking, Cloud
Computing, Robotics, Cyber Security, PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

5) The new committees are formed in the meeting for the smoother running of the system: -

6) To hold a virtual conference by LIFE SCIENCE department on 29th September 7) To do a minor research with the students under NSS, chemistry, eco, and computer literacy

9) To prepare two types of profiles according to NAAC criteria viz. I)personal profile II) department
wise.
10) Personal profile should be submitted on 15th of September 2016 and department wise profile
should be submitted on 25th of September 2016

AUG 2017(2017-18) Changes in NAAC SSR
TITLE: IQAC
DISCUSSIONS: NAAC SEATING 2 (Changes in NAAC SSR)
1. Profile for SSR (Self Study Report): -
Education is the only resource we have in our hands to mould the true
nature of an individual and a cast to mould a model law abiding citizen. But this
notion is deteriorated, instead educational institution has become
commercial money churning units to extort students in the name of
education. In this scenario it is necessary to transform this scenario one and
for all by radicalizing and revolutionizing the entire education system.
Vande Mataram Degree College of Arts, Commerce and Science (Affiliated
to University of Mumbai) at JMF Sanskriti Vihar, Telkoswadi, Dr. Nemade Road,
Old Dombivli, Kopar, Dombivli (West), Thane – 421 202 and it is walkable
distance from Dombivli and Kopar Stations. Founder President / C.M.D / C. E. O
Prin. Dr. Rajkumar M. Kolhe, President. Vande Mataram has constructed the
school building with all facilities with all modern technologies for the students.

DISCUSSIONS: NAAC SEATING 2 (Discussions regarding the preparation of NAAC
SSR)
1. The SSR will be held in two files viz. Master file and reference file to be reviewed.
2. Verification of Documents from University for uploading it into NAAC SSR
3. Criteria wise discussion of all Criteria’s as follows:
The criteria I: The completion of work with the reference file available for
uploading. For example, preparation of reports related to staff council meeting,
birthday celebrations, etc.
The criteria II: The Master plan of each laboratory, departments, etc. with reports
and the efforts of an institution to serve students of different backgrounds and
abilities, through effective teaching-learning experiences.
The criteria III: The research related data to be sorted for criteria input.
The criteria IV: Infrastructural enhancement schemes that are enabled in past
years and suggestions for the future.
The criteria V: The student’s feedback in regards to the institution for teaching
and non-teaching staff including higher authorities and institute as a whole.
The criteria VI: The management’s role in enhancing the teaching-learning
process for its stakeholders.
The criteria VII: Innovative practices that are implemented or can be implemented
in future course of time.

TITLE: IQAC (Internal IQAC meeting)
DISCUSSIONS: NAAC SEATING (Discussions regarding the preparation of NAAC SSR)
FOLLOWING ARE THE POINTS DISCUSSED IN THE IQC NAAC MEETING
ACADEMIC YEAR 2017-18
1)Appointing new HODs Co-ordinators and and new courses including M.COM.
2)Informing about the exams of first year to be taken by the university itself.
3)Discussing in depth about the courses of Arts, Science, and Commerce (all these
courses are self-financed).
4)Discussion about the importance and the future of various courses.
5)Importance and future of the course TV &FM were explained by the experts
from outside.
6)Importance and future of the course M.COM were explained by Neha ma'am.
7)All the results of each and every course were analysed after dividing these
results into three sections viz. i) regular ii) re-evaluation iii) ATKT
8)Report of each and every department with their soft copies.
9)Self-appraisal with the soft copies.
10)Discussion about the MAKE IN INDIA conference Part II.
11) Department wise, personal, collegiate and professional. Courses
SOWT analysis.
12) Further professional course’s analysis was divided into NK, SS, GP.
13) Discussion about the maintenance of all the toppers after the results are
rolled out.
14) Informed about the requirement of students' photographs.
15) Informed about the adopted village and visit to it in Diwali under
the NSS activity.
16) Informed about the 3000 new job opening in Mumbai ROJGAAR.
Which is the 3rd largest company in india.
17) Announcement about the guest of the annual day who is the owner
of ROJGAAR company
18) Appointing M/s. Sarita as sub governer and M/s. Snehal as member for the
RESEARCH III.
19) Presenting the agenda and minutes of meeting of previous years’ Internal
IQAC Meeting.
20) Submission of data of all leaders i.e. GS, CR, NSS, SR. And girls and students
from backward classes to vidyarthi bhavan.
21) Introduction to concept of earn while you learn for students.
22)Department presentation with the soft copies.
