In a nucleated settlement the houses are built at a Common centre & enclose proximity to each other so that there are hardly any inter house distance the distribution & pattern of the nucleated settlement are very close to each other the alls are common & there is no distance between two houses.

“ When the settlement are stay very closely or their are one or more than one group of houses. It’s know as compact settlement. It’s call as Nucleated settlement.”

Dispersed Settlement

A disperse settlement is where is the houses are not build at one point but are Scattered over a large area. In the extreme form of dispersal people establish individual form state on there cultivated land. Low fertility of soil, Rough terrain, large size of holding, stable socio political condition security of life & universal availability of water are the measure influencing factors to disperse type of settlement. The measure area of this type of settlement are north America, Australia & Parts of Europe.
