your class room working on a project when a loud alarm goes off. You think it is a normal drill so you run to the window and look outside the window and you see an American Bomber hovering over the building. You see a big plump bomb falling from the bomber. Soon there is a very bright light and then it goes dark. This is how it feels like to be a poor civilian in the city of Hiroshima. When the atomic bomb hits the ground it is not just the “Bad Enemies” that get killed, because the bomb is uncontrollable and no one can escape. Nuclear weapons should be banned.1945 the whole world was shocked by a bomb. In fact 1945 the most dangerous weapon of all time hit Hiroshima and the bomb killed 140,000 people in the same year and all together it killed 350,000 people by the radiation which means that the

After an atomic bomb hits the real threat has just started. For the radiation be completely gone it will takes from 25,000 to 50,000 years. Ninety percent of the radiation will be gone sooner and the ten percent will stay in the air and in the ground but it will not harm you anymore. The bomb does not just explode but it lets out a deadly gas that kills many more people than the actual bomb does. Everything around the bomb is ruined and even people that were not near to the bomb have to suffer from the killing sickness.

You might ask yourself: Why do nuclear weapons even exist? Why don’t countries get rid of them? All the countries use the same excuse, they think they need them because if another country attacks them they have something to defend them self. But if no one had any nuclear weapons no one could threaten anyone else with a nuclear weapon. It all seems a lot simpler than it actually is, which leads you right into the next paragraph.

For nuclear weapons to be banned the government would have to do something. But since the government represents the country if very many people protested maybe the government could change something. Even though in other countries, that are either desperate or ruled by a dictator the people do not have a choice. If people try to protest in some countries they will be killed for their will. The only thing the average human can do is protest or join an anti nuclear weapons club that is against atomic bombs. The problem is that even if the atomic bombs are banned some country will not listen and then another country has to get a nuclear weapon too, to even out the balance.

Atomic bombs are a terrible thing, they only destruct and kill and there is not a lot the average person can do. But if there is ever a day where nuclear weapons can be banned it would make earth a much healthier and a safer place.
