The Jon H. Application TroubleshootingI do not know my login credentials.

• Username: The email address entered during registration and listed on NTHS membership card.• Password: Use the “Forgot Password” function at the top of our website to receive an email with

a one-time link to reset your password and log in.

I cannot see the yellow “Apply Now” button on the JHP application.

• Apply from a desktop computer. The application displays differently from a phone or iPad/tablet.• Click “Ctrl” and “-“ minus key simultaneously to zoom out screen display.• After completion, you may click “Ctrl” and “+” plus key to zoom back in.

I haven’t graduated but the NTHS portal states that I am an alumni.

Your graduation date may have been entered incorrectly when you were initially registered as a new member. Please ask your NTHS Advisor to confirm the graduation date associated with your account, and have the Advisor update if needed. If you are still having login issues, please email the NTHS National Office for help.
