Who can apply for iStep? Any first-year undergraduate student can apply.
How many students are accepted to iStep? 75 students will be accepted. If more
than 75 students apply, students will be admitted based on a selection process.
How many students in each iStep class? 25 students in each of three classes. There
will be 3 different levels based on students’ entrance exam English scores.
Who are the teachers for iStep? Native English speaking teachers.
Are there more iStep classes after term 2? Yes! iStep Continuation Courses are
offered in terms 3 and 4. Each iStep course has continuation courses.

Time: First Session: April 4, 4:30-5:30pm Second Session: April 5, 4:30-5:30pm

英語運用能力の向上を目的とし、第２タームに開講されます

Presentation Academic Writing Academic Reading
・ 履修の条件 – 新潟大学の 1 年生であれば、誰でも履修をすることができます。
・ 募集人数 – 75 名（応募者数が定員を超えた場合、選抜をおこないます。）
・ クラス編成 – 英語の習熟度別による 3 クラス、各 25 名
・ 担当教員 – 英語ネイティブ教員による授業がおこなわれます。
・ 第 2 ターム修了後の継続授業 – 第 3・第 4 タームに iStep Continuation 科目の履修が可能です。
※ 履修を希望する人は、次のいずれかの iStep ガイダンスに必ず参加してください。
日時：4 月 4 日（木）16:30～17:30、4 月 5 日（金）16:30～17:30
場所：五十嵐キャンパス総合教育研究棟 B 棟 3 階 B351 講義室
