In Essex we worked with the community to help more parents talk
PANTS and keep children safe.
2,051 calls and emails
to our helpline about children in need of help in Essex last
year.
1,701 of those were serious
enough to be referred for further help from services
such as the police and social services.
Every time we work with a child or family, we’re learning how to give
them the best support and gathering evidence to help us tackle child abuse
in communities like yours.

delivered over
counselling sessions to children and young people.
