    PIOCELAN is moldable with thinner wall sections and lower density, which will greatly contribute to cost reduction as well as to improving transportation efficiency by downsizing the packages.     The rigidity of polystyrene and the durability and resilience of polyolefin are brought together in this hybrid moldable resin - which can be molded on conventional molding machine into low density foam having resistance to high impact, wear and chemicals.

    Reduction in part weight and cost are possible compared with EPP(Expanded Polypropylene).Meets the stringent requirement of customers to protect both pedestrian and driver by managing the impact of collisions, thereby increasing safety.

    PIOCELAN has well-balanced mechanical characteristics,and excellent oil and chemical resistance.Its high versatility for designers and engineers allows it to be used for various applications and purposes.Unlike expanded polystyrene(EPS), PIOCELAN does not generate squeak noise upon contact with other materials.
