MESSAGE FROM CONFERENCE TEAM

Dear Leadership Body of AIESEC in Costa Rica,

NRM 2014 is to take another step forward into not only making experiences

and exchange count but also to evolve into a national driving force where we

together strengthen the unity in our diversity and lead young Costa Rica. NRM

2014 is where AIESEC will broaden its scope, where it is all about AIESEC

Costa Rica, literally!

We are into very interesting times for both AIESEC and AIESEC Costa Rica, for

us to make the best of it we need to come together as one country to take the

plunge into a new and better tomorrow for AIESEC in Costa Rica.

Objectives of the conference:

1. Re-evaluate the strategies so we can see where we come from and where we should go from here

2. MC-LC alignment in terms of country focus, strategies and goals for the next half a year

3. To feel confident and excited for the next peak to go big and get the direction to make it happen

The conference is only for Executive Body, Team leaders and Project Managers.

In the auditorium of

Cartago 30101, Costa Rica

Delegate Fee ₡ 7000

Payment to be done at the conference registration desk.

Accommodation and Food

Delegates have an option to stay for the 21st June night at Fiorela’s place which is 2 minutes

walking distance from the venue. If you are planning to stay at Fiorela’s place, we suggest you to

bring your mattress, sleeping bag, pillows etc and put it at her place before the start of the

conference.

Food

The conference doesn’t include the food as we are making the conference as cheaper as possible

to have more delegate presence. We suggest you to have a heavy breakfast before coming to the

conference and bring your lunch. Microwave will be provided at the venue.

Delegates will get 1 hour break for the lunch time in the agenda where they have an option to go

to the nearby restaurant.

There is an

option for

10 mins away

from the venue

which will cost

you according to

the quantity you

will eat.

The nearby

restaurant is a pizza

place, 5 mins walking

distance from the

venue and will costs

around ₡1500-₡2000.
