A) Each new resource is first attached with an SME; logins
areshared after grooming and ramping up. No junior has writeaccess
to prod.Resources go through Cisco Induction program which
includes
security, InfoSec
guidelines. A separate COE lab is setup for 60 new
resources.CD> How do you track value ad, Quality
A) We use QC to log defects & encourage use of new code
reviewtool DICOR. Will come up with measures to quantify
quality.
