Fitting Instructions for Nissan Patrol Y62

1. Remove tail pipe assembly from vehicle. 2. Remove muffler assembly from vehicle and retain bolts that secures engine pipe to Catalytic

Converters. 3. Remove the genuine exhaust rubber hangers. 4. Fit replacement exhaust rubber hangers.

5. Fit passenger side engine pipe to Catalytic Converter using previously retained bolts finger tight.

6. Fit drivers side engine pipe to Catalytic Converter using previously retained bolts finger tight.

7. Connect previously fitted engine pipes together using four M8x1.25x35mm bolts, four M8 washers, tighten M8x1.25 nuts finger tight.

8. Fit Muffler Option to the Connector Pipe using four M8x1.25x35mm bolts, four M8 flat washers, tighten M8x1.25 nuts finger tight.

9. Fit Rear Intermediate to Muffler Option using four M8x1.25x35mm bolts, four M8 flat washers, tighten M8x1.25 nuts tighten finger tight.

10. Slide Band Clamp to Rear Tailpipe Assembly and fit to vehicle.

11. Tighten all bolts and nuts from front to back of vehicle ensuring all flanges are lined up with each other test for leaks.

NOTE: WE RECOMMEND FITTING THIS PRODUCT EITHER ON A 4 POST HOIST OR ON THE GROUND
