If you’re expecting guests, please let them know that they may park only in uncovered spaces, and the office must be notified of any guest vehicles. As always, any vehicle parked in our community must display a current license plate and tag. All vehicles on property must be in operating condition with no leaking fluids or flat tires. OUT OF SIGHT Protect the valuables in your home and vehicle by putting a new twist to the old adage, “out of sight, out of mind.” Most crimes are crimes of opportunity. By keeping your valuables out of sight, they won’t tempt someone who might see them as an opportunity for theft or vandalism. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!     Turkey Pasta 8 servings

    Ingredients 3 cups uncooked fusilli (corkscrew) pasta 3 tablespoons butter 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms 1 cup finely chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced 3 tablespoons flour 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 cups milk 2 cups chopped cooked turkey 2 cups grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

    Directions Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease a 9”x13” baking dish. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Sauté mushrooms and onions 8 to 10 minutes until soft. Add garlic; sauté one minute. Stir in flour, thyme, salt, pepper, and mustard. Cook for two minutes, whisking constantly. Add milk slowly while still whisking. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in turkey, pasta, and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Stir until combined. Pour mixture into baking dish; top with breadcrumbs and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.
