December 20, 2012 Dear Technical Specialties Customer: As of December 20, 2012, Technical Specialties industrial supply division will become part of Centro, Inc with headquarters in Memphis and service locations in Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee and now Alabama. The inside and outside sales teams of Technical Specialties will be joining Centro in the same roles they had at Technical Specialties. Wendy D’Olive, the president of Technical Specialties will serve in a transitional role as a consultant to Centro during the integration of the two companies operations. The offshore division will remain as before but operate under the Techline International name. We are very excited about the opportunity that the combination of Technical Specialties and Centro will create for our customers. We believe that by pooling the resources and product lines of both companies we will be able to do an even better job meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers in their process flow, instrumentation, level and pneumatic control applications.
