“We use our passion and determination in our business every day,” explain Eagle Managers Sam and Nancy Jutba of West Palm Beach, Florida. For the couple, their ‘Why’ is a big one, “The future of our daughter and to be able to help poor children in the Philippines, that fire that’s in us is what helps us to power through any struggles, any obstacles that come our way.”

Finding Freedom on Independence WeekendSam and Nancy first were introduced to Forever while vacationing over the July 4th weekend in Port Charlotte, Florida. “Before the presentation, we all agreed that we were just going to listen and will not sign up if there is a sales pitch. However, the presenter got our attention when he shared his story,” remembers Sam.

It was love at first sight with Forever. “We loved that Forever was introduced as a stable company with an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and the marketing plan is quite fair and has unlimited potential for growth and earnings,” said Sam. “We love that we can work flexible hours and part-time, that we can decide when we want to work and how much we want to earn. We love how Forever pays you for your hard work by simply helping others.”

Transformation Sparks Forever Success Sam and Nancy Jutba’s Forever business has been lightning in a bottle. Having only joined in July 2014, the couple hit Senior Manager in just four months, and earlier this year achieved Eagle Manager qualifying them for the Eagle Managers Retreat in Cancun, Mexico.

Overcoming Negative MindsetsBoth Sam and Nancy work full-time jobs, Sam as a computer programmer, Nancy a billing coordinator. They’re also active members of Couples for Christ and are passionate about doing mission work. You think that time would be their biggest obstacle when starting Forever, but it was friends and family that had a negative mindset and limited belief in network marketing.

“We used these obstacles as opportunities to grow and to refine us into the leaders that we are called to be,” recalls Sam. “You may have no idea the impact you can have on the people around you, people you haven’t even met yet. But if you give in to your fears and your obstacles, you will never know that. You have so much more potential than you realize you do.”

Losing Pounds and Climbing the RanksSam and Nancy’s friends started Forever with Clean 9 and F.I.T. 1, and they experienced good results, inspiring Sam, Nancy and their daughter Ada to start the F.I.T. program together. Simply put, their results were awe-inspiring. “After 69 days, I lost more than 30 pounds and 6 inches off my waist,” says Sam. “My wife lost 25 pounds in 39 days and our daughter lost 20 pounds in 39 days.”

Due to the couple’s physical transformation, they became a true product of the product. By sharing their Forever story, they moved products faster than they could ever imagine. In a span of seven weeks, they became Managers. In four months, they achieved the Forever2Drive Earned Incentive and in five months they were Senior Managers. “We achieved success by setting very high goals and doing whatever it took to accomplish them. Our motivation came from the fact that our products

are of superior quality and truly the best in the global market,” remembers Sam. 2015 has continued to be a great year for Sam and Nancy as they qualified for Eagle Managers Retreat in Cancun and will be featured in next month’s magazine for winning the F.I.T. Challenge as Business Builders.

Helping Others Achieve Their DreamsSam and Nancy Jutba believe that to achieve success you have to think big, understand and use the products, build your belief level, generate an action plan and act upon it.

“In our Forever journey, we received both encouraging and negative results. We analyzed these results, took corrective action, and kept moving forward – never giving up,” says Sam. “We coach and mentor our team through the process of building a solid Forever business. In this business, we have realized that the greatest satisfaction comes from helping other people achieve their dreams. We are proud of the contributions we have made to help our team grow and achieve.”

Sam and Nancy’s personal goals are to qualify for the next Global Rally in Johannesburg, South Africa, to receive their first Chairman’s Bonus check and to qualify for the 2016 Eagle Managers Retreat in Greece.

Achieving Eagle Manager is a powerful accomplishment for any Forever Business Owner. By learning the principles essential to being an Eagle, FBOs can build a sustainable business and use best practices to propel them forward. It is also a stepping-stone to qualifying for another great Forever incentive, Chairman’s Bonus!

Our 2015 Eagle Managers arrived at the beautiful Moon Palace Golf Resort & Spa for two days of life-changing training! After registering and getting checked in, Eagle Managers received a special message from Chairman and CEO Rex Maughan before having the opportunity to have their picture taken with him on stage!

Day 1 of training kicked off with a powerful message from President Gregg Maughan about challenging yourself to accept the new normal in Forever – quick and unprecedented growth! Gregg reminded the room that everyone can achieve their goals in Forever with planning, dedication and hard work.

Emma Cooper is a testament to this new reality, only beginning her business in 2014 and this year presenting at EMR as a Sapphire Manager. With about 1,300 eager Eagle Managers in the crowd, Emma shared what it’s like to live a day in her life. FBOs learned the details in

the daily tasks that have brought Emma so much success. As Emma explained, “We’ve all been given the same tools – we all have access to the same trainings and products. There’s no reason we can’t achieve the same success!”

Another leading FBO from the UK, Becky Deely gave Eagle Managers powerful tips on how to build a brand and be authentic, honest and real as they interact with potential FBOs.

In addition to hearing about best practices from leaders, Eagle Managers also had the opportunity to gain insight into the inner workings of the company from members of the Forever Executive Team and Global Leadership Team.

This year, Eagle Managers dove deeper into the Forever™ Essential Oils line and the Forever Supply Chain with Garin Breinholt, Executive Vice President of the Americas. Andrew O’Hare, Executive Vice President of Digital Technologies, announced the unveiling of the newly redesigned foreverliving.com. His in-depth workshop provided inside looks at FLP360º and other important tools, and explained the power of having the business right at your fingertips.

One of the most powerful moments took place at Aidan O’Hare’s kitchen table –

right on our stage! Aidan, our Executive Vice President of Europe and Marketing, sat down with three of Forever’s highly esteemed Global Leadership Team to discuss their lives and Forever businesses. The inspiring members of the GLT shared some of their secrets to success, including how they achieved Chairman’s Bonus and what it’s like to work with the company to improve the Forever Opportunity.

Finally, after two days of training and inspiration, it was time to celebrate the accomplishment of all of our Eagle Managers with the Viva Forever Beach Party! Everyone danced the night away to music from a live band and DJ while enjoying delicious food and reflecting on the amazing experience they had in Cancun.

Eagle Managers Retreat is not just an opportunity to travel to beautiful destinations all over the world, but a chance to learn from Forever’s leaders and attend high-level trainings to help propel them to the next level in their businesses.

As we close the curtains on EMR15, we are already looking forward to the future and seeing many more North America Eagle Managers next year in Greece!

“We can’t wait to learn from the global leaders and go home and share everything we’ve been a part of with our team!” Mario told us shortly after checking in for the event. “We really want to show them why it’s important to qualify.”

Their aspirations set the tone for the weekend, giving them the chance to learn from the leaders of Forever and gain a greater understanding of the company. Sitting among 1,300 other FBOs, they soaked in the power of Rex’s message before posing for a photo on stage. What would the rest of the weekend have in store? How would this all prepare them for the future of their Forever Business?

Our team caught up with Mario and Marissa at the beach party after of two days of training. Marissa shared how it felt to be in a room full of other Eagle Managers. “It’s a really powerful experience!” she said. “Hearing from so many of the leaders in the business and meeting people who are at the same point as you with their businesses is truly amazing. It helps you understand on a deeper level what you need to do to move your business forward.”

The impact of being an Eagle Manager was clear for Mario and Marissa. “The energy is amazing. We’ve had the best time. We can’t wait to go home and help our team to join us next year in Greece!” And their favorite part? “The people, the trainings, the location, the atmosphere – all of it has been awesome!”

You can build and host up to four personalized websites to present your professional business to the online world. Through your websites, collect leads that will go directly into your FLP portal, track your site visitors and share your Forever story. Any person that visits your website, orders products and joins Forever will be automatically credited to you.

To get started, create your FLP360º account. Then, click on the My Websites button at the top of the FLP360º screen. Here you can view all of your websites and access the Site Manager, which allows you to edit the elements of your website. Click the Create button to begin your new website.

Our Website wizard will help you create an easy-to-use website that is personalized in every way. Begin by selecting a custom @flp domain name that distinguishes your Forever business. Then, select a template and confirm your details. After you’ve completed these steps, you’re ready to get started!

Everything is customizable, from your contact information to banner images. When you enter the Site Manager, you’ll find all the pages and elements of your website listed along the left sidebar, including your online shop, member sign up, home page, personal information and much more.

SITE ANALYTICSYour websites work together with Google Analytics to bring you updated and thorough web analytics. When you enter the Site Manager, click on Site Analytics in the left side bar. You’ll need to setup your account by following the steps prompted by the website builder. When complete, you’ll be able to track number of visitors, time on page and many more statistics through Google Analytics!
