• Provides opportunity to own real estate• Opportunity for financial donations or fundraisers
• Connected Community Broadband Study• Helps broadband providers looking at unserved and underserved
areas in the county• Provides steps to improve availability

• Significant retooling to support new product lines• $31,386,000 total investment & 37 new full time jobs• Workforce needs and road improvement needs identified• $160,500 in road improvement grants (JobsOhio & ODOT J&C)• ~$300,000 workforce training grant (JobsOhio)
• Creative Plastic Concepts – Village of Sycamore• Physical expansion needs to support increased production capacity• $3,700,000 total investment & 25 new full time jobs• Job Creation Tax Credit valued at $180,000

• Attraction Projects• Automation Zone, Inc. – Upper Sandusky
• Manufacture industrial controls and automation systems• Assisted in scouting locations for nearly 2 years• 2 new jobs currently that will be closer to 10 in the near future
• Showplace Rentals – Upper Sandusky• Rental store with 14 Ohio locations• Assisted with location and local regulation research• Now occupy a retail facility that was vacant for ~1 year

• Distributor of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals• Siting first distribution center in the Midwest• Assistance from Carey & the County, JobsOhio, and Vaughn Industry’s
ability to expedite facility buildout led to location in Arrowhead Commerce Park spec building #2
• $51.1 million in total investment & 50 new full time jobs
