WHAT WE OFFER

Financial stability, flexibility in relationships

Competitiveness: modern manufacturing technologies

Specialization: machine-tools, welded sub-assemblies, heat treatment, etc.

Attractive price-quality ratio

Page 5

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

We make components and sub-assemblies for machine-tools and equipment using our production capacity and know how for:– manufacturing metal processing

machinery and machine tools– executing welded structures for

machine-tools and other machinery– assembling semi-finished and finished

products– technological and constructive design

Page 6

WORKING PROCESS

Customer documentation is adapted according to the EN 9100:2003standards to determine the technological itinerary ensuring product development and traceability

Computer-aided design is used for drawings and computerized technology for production

The planning and tracking system of the entire process provides an update of any process stage

The materials and semi-products entering production undergo operations such as welding, de-tensioning, abrasive blasting, mechanical processing, heat treating, metalworking, inspection, painting, packing, preservation, shipping

The technological process ensures the traceability of execution (manufacturing)

The permanent monitoring of the system allows qualified intervention forimprovement and communication

Control (inspection) on flow, technical and economic data analyses allow tracking and correction of nonconformities
