Initially for a period of 6 months and extendable subject to satisfactory performance & requirement.
5. Development of tool
kits for assessing work competencies among secondary and prevocational students .
Asst.Research Officer/ One
Master’s in Social Sciences with DSE(MR)/B.Ed.SE(MR) with one year experience in research/ M.Ed.SE(MR) with one year experience in research.
1 year Initially for a period of 6 months and extendable subject to satisfactory performance & Requirement.
Research Officer/ Three
M.Phil in Rehabilitation Psychology with 1 year of experience in the field with minimum 2 peer reviewed National/International Journal publications
6. Development of an Indian Test of Intelligence
Asst.Research Officer/ Ten (for 10 centres)
M.Phil in Rehab.Psychology (or) MA (Psychology) with 1 years experience in research .
2 years Initially for a period of 6 months and extendable subject to satisfactory performance & requirement.
REEMUNERATION: 1. Research Officer - Rs.400/- per session (maximum of 4 sessions a day) 2. Assistant Research Officer - Rs.300/- per session (maximum of 4 sessions a day) 3. Project Assistant- Rs.175/- per session (maximum of 4 sessions a day) Date, time & venue of the walk-in interviews: Date: 26.10.2015 Time: 09.00 AM onwards Venue: National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped, Manovikasnagar, Secunderabad-500 009.
Terms & Conditions: (a) The candidates should attend the walk-in interviews with the filled in applications in
the prescribed format as given in the NIMH website, along with the copies of certificates in support of educational qualifications, experience, caste, disability etc. as per the scheduled time. The incomplete applications will not be considered.
(b) Mere possessing the EQ will not entail any candidate a right to be considered eligible for the position.
(c) Demand Draft (non-refundable) of Rs.200/- drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of Director, NIMH should be submitted along with the application. No fee is
prescribed for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category. Separate demand draft/application is required to be submitted for each position.
(d) The Institute reserves right to accept or reject the application without assigning any reasons. Canvassing in any manner will disqualify from the selection process. (e) All educational/professional/technical qualifications should be from a recognized Board/University
(f) The relevant experience requirement specified should be the experience acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualifications required for the post.
(g) No TA/DA will be paid by the Institute for attending walk-in interviews.
(h) The hard copy of the application will be provided by NIMH on specific request. (e) The present engagement of research staff is for the research projects and are tenable only upto the period of the project and co-terminating with the projects. (f) The number of positions may increase/decrease as per the requirement.
