NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TMC Illinois 2, LLC is requesting approval of approval of a Final Planned Unit Development for Lot 1 of the Roosevelt Glen Corporate Center, approval of a Special Use Permit for a drive-thru commercial facility, and approval of variations from the Glen Ellyn Sign Code to accommodate the construction of a 13,120 square foot CVS Pharmacy with a drive-thru for the property located at 739 Roosevelt Road. The subject property is located in the C3 Service Commercial District and is legally described as follows: LOT 1 OF ROOSEVELT NICOLL, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 10, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AUGUST 18, 2017 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER R2017-085034 IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TMC Illinois 2, LLC is requesting approval of approval of a Final Planned Unit Development for Lot

Before the Glen Ellyn Village Board can consider the request for approval of a Final Planned Unit

signage as depicted on the plans presented or revised at the public hearing or at a public

meeting of the Village Board.

Information related to the requests, including the plans for the proposed project is available for

public review at any time before or after the meeting between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm in the

Planning and Development Department of the Civic Center, 535 Duane Street, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
