Notice of Annual General MeetingThis years Annual General Meeting will be held during theNational Conference on 10th and 11th September 2012. TheChair will address members and the Annual General Meetingwill follow.

The Agenda will include

• Welcome and introductions• To confirm 2011 minutes• To receive the Annual Reports of the Organisation

• To consider any resolutions• To approve reappointments and appointments onto the

National Board where vacancies exist• To discuss any matters of a professional nature which are

of importance to the interests of the members• Date of next meeting
