• Praising God for Shayla Rhodie who was baptized at the 9am service on 3/17 and for her mom, Elisabeth Hubbell, who became a member of Grace UMC
• Praise that Jennie Meriweather is being released from OSU today (3/18) and had good test results
• Prayers for Marty Wickensimer's family as she passed away on 3/21.
• Bob Pratt at the James with a very rare cancer• Family of Shane Dean as they come to peace with his
sudden death • Angel Mason’s family just moved into new house;
prayers for her family and friends• For Kaylie’s mom to break her addiction • For Gigi Frogale to experience the deep peace of Jesus in
her life• For boldness in sharing the Good News of Jesus
Please submit prayer requests via the offering plate, using one of the yellow prayer request cards located in the pew racks, and make a note if you do not want the prayer request read aloud during the 11am congregational prayer. Privacy and other concerns may prevent a request from being read or printed.

Happenings
Cartoon Craze: Join us Saturday, March 30th from 10am-Noon for a morning filled with cartoons and a breakfast bar! You do not want to miss this great event. Kids of all ages are welcome to attend. Parents are welcome to drop off your children aged 5 and older, but must accompany children younger than five. We could also use some servants willing to help that day. If you’re interested in serving or attending please visit the "happenings" page on the website or contact Pastor Jamie: [email protected].
Moonlight Madness Community Easter Egg Hunt: Grace UMC and The Well are sponsoring an egg hunt for our community on Sat. April 13th at 7pm at the Washington Court House High School track field. We will have glow in the dark eggs because Jesus is the Light of the World. Donations of candy for egg stuffing can be brought to the Church Office during the week or to the Welcome Center on Sunday mornings. Servant volunteers are needed for egg stuffing, egg hiding, registration, and prayer ministry. Contact Pastor Joe at [email protected] for additional details.
An Easter Experience: "Walk with Jesus": On Palm Sunday (April 14th), join us at 10am for a walking "tour" of the events leading up to Easter (in the downstairs SS hallway). This is a chance for children and parents/grandparents to experience, together, what Easter is all about. Contact Pastor Jamie: [email protected] for more details.
“Lenten Lunches” continue this week on Thursday, March 21st. Please reserve your spot by calling the church office by 2pm the Friday before to make your reservation (if you get voice-mail, please leave a message with your name, contact information, and dates to reserve). You can also register on our Church website via the "happenings" page.
Looking for a place to serve? YOUR CHURCH NEEDS YOU! Babies need held, tears need wiped, giggles need absorbed, stories of Jesus need told, your love needs shared. If you can’t move around like you use to…no problem, we’ll pair you with someone who can. If you don’t feel comfortable leading…no problem, we’ll pair you with someone who can. If you only have 1 day a month to give… no problem, we would be thrilled to have you for one day. Many hands are needed. Yours are ALWAYS welcomed. 9:00am help needed: Nursery (babes-2 years); 10:00am help needed for Nursery, Lil’K, and 1st-2nd class. Contact Pastor Jamie at [email protected] for more information.
Sermon Series: Next week, we will continue our Lenten sermon series: “The Cross-Shaped Life: Living Like Jesus”, where we will talk about what following Jesus looks like in our lives. Next week's sermon will talk about "Loving the Un-loveable". Holy Communion will be served at both services during the Sundays of Lent.
