In verses 4-9, God’s lovingkindness is the basis for His wondrous acts in creation. Take time to praise Him for the beauty o
this gift. Do you have a creative skill (yes, shopping counts!)? Use your skill to bless someone with a small gift.
In verses 10-15 and 24, God’s lovingkindness is the reason he rescued and protected His people. Do you sense His protec
over you? Do you know anyone who needs protection? How can you stand up for them?
In verse 16, God’s lovingkindness is the reason He led His people through the wilderness. Do you trust Him in your
wilderness? How can you encourage someone who is walking through a wilderness? In verses 17-22, God’s lovingkindness motivated his gift of the land to Israel and the defeat of their enemies. Have you ev

desperately needs to be remembered?
In verse 25, God’s lovingkindness moved him to provide food. When have you recognized His provision for you? How can
provide for someone in need?
In verse 25, God’s lovingkindness is cause for our thanks. Have you told Him lately that you love Him? As you meditate on
lovingkindness this week, make a point to tell someone that you love them – and why.
A New Testament equivalent to lovingkindness is agape love. How do these verses define God’s version of mode
ove? So, what can you do to demonstrate this kind of love today?
