NOTE  REGARDING  THE  FOLLOWING  DOCUMENTS:  In  the  months  before  his  death,  S.  Mark  Powell  promised  two  friends  that  he  would  repay  them  in  messages  they  said  he  sent  them  from  his  Atlantic  Trust  email  account.  The  longer  email  is  to  one  friend.  The  shorter  emails  are  to  another.  Referenced  in  one  email  are  Invesco,  which  declined  to  comment,  and  CIBC,  which  didn’t  respond  to  calls  seeking  comment.
