BY CAR:The Kent Event Centre is situated on the A249 which is off junction 5 of the M2 andjunction 7 of the M20.

The Kent Event Centre is clearly signposted on both routes.

EVENT DAY PARKINGCar parking is open from 2pm and is accessed via the main gate off of the A249.

The car park is a short walk to the arena and will facilitate the capacity of theconcert.

Car parking must be booked in advance.

Car parking can be purchased via the AXS contact centre on 08448 24 48 24(8:30am-8pm weekdays or 9am-6pm weekends) or via the Kent Event Centre on01622 633064 (8:30am-4:30pm weekdays).

Credit and debit cards are accepted (not American Express or Diners Club).

PARKING FOR PEOPLE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY & SPECIAL NEEDSIf you require parking for people with Limited Mobility and special needs pleasecall 01622 633064. This must be booked in advance.

DROP OFF/PICK UP POINTSThese will be clearly marked on the roadways. Please follow the signage.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTAlthough it is possible to come by train, it is strongly recommended that you arriveby car as the concert is on a Sunday and British Rail are operating a Sundayservice.

The nearest stations are Maidstone East and Maidstone West and both are a shorttaxi ride away from the Kent Event Centre.

Please make sure you check your ongoing train times and allow time after theconcert to get from the Kent Event Centre to the Railway Stations.

Please check times with the rail and bus providers before you travel.

DO’SDo keep your ticket with you at all times.Do be in your seat by the start of the show.Do allow ample time to take advantage of the toilet facilities.Do bring waterproof/appropriate clothing and footwear, also allow for a drop intemperature during the evening.Do put any rubbish in the bins provided for you. Do look out for official vendors and concession stalls.Do avoid unlicensed traders outside of the venue offering inferior goods.Do tune in to local radio stations for the latest travel updates.

DON’TSDo not bring food or drink of any sort into the venue. Do not arrive with any form of audio or visual recording equipment. There will besecurity checks in place and items may be confiscated if necessary.Do not put up umbrellas during the concert performance.Do not leave valuables on display in your vehicle.

ACCESSAccess to the venue will commence at 4.00pm.Please enter by the gates indicated by signage and stewards. From here follow thesignage around the venue to find the area, block, row and seat indicated on yourticket.

YOUR SEATSThis is an outdoor concert.Seats within the venue will be uncovered.The concert will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.Please bring clothing appropriate to the expected weather conditions.Please note that there will not be a left luggage or cloakroom facility at the venue.

ON ARRIVALThe concert will commence at approximately 6.00pm. Please allow plenty of time foryour journey and for parking and transfer, as well as getting to your seat.

REFRESHMENTSThere will be refreshments available including tea, coffee, Shepherd Neame Beers,sweets, fish and chips, traditional burgers and many other styles of cuisine.

There are no cash machines on site and it is recommended that you bring cash withyou.

NO CAMERAS OR TAPE RECORDERSPlease do not bring cameras, video recorders or tape recorders, as these will not bepermitted within the venue.

FIRST AIDFirst Aid points are situated within the venue and are clearly signposted.Any steward will be pleased to direct you.
