NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP

Once there lived a man who was not getting enough sleep some

times whenever he gets in to some anxiety, fear , worry etc., .

His father had advised him to read whatever he likes with a relaxed

mind. He was remembering that and so , he went and opened his

mail to see some of his friends forwarded mails .

One mail was very attractice , saying “ Not getting enough sleep ?”

He opened that . There was a story .

A grand father was walking with his grand son and the grandson

asked him to tell a story and the grandfather gladly agreed to .

He said ,

Jack , within you there are always 2 wolfs . Do you know that ?

Jack was very much interested . “No grandpa. Tell me about them “

Grandpa continued :

One is Good wolf always thinking about the best he can do ,

positive , very friendly & understanding others, doing good to save

the environment & people, very disciplined , loving his parents,

having faith in God and himself , enjoying whatever he does , not

getting angry , always laughing !

The other one is bad wolf always complaining , sad, always with

fear, worry , jealousy , angry , not liking others , not helping others,

not listening to parents , not doing anything properly , no interest in

anything , not having faith in God and himself ! so always whining !

Jack asked : Grandpa , which one is stronger ?

Grandpa replied : Whichever you feed more !

……………..and there the man learnt whom to feed more ….

And immediately felt asleep !

with happy dreams !
