Regional Trauma Program All participants are required to complete and sign a

“verification of attendance” form. After the program, a certifi-

cate of completion will be provided to activity participants based

on documentation of actual attendance time.

Physicians: This activity has been planned and implemented

in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Ac-

creditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through

the joint providership of the University of Kansas Medical Cen-

ter Office of Continuing Medical Education, the Northwest Kan-

sas Regional Trauma Council, and the Kansas Trauma Program.

The University of Kansas Medical Center Office of Continuing

Medical Education is accredited by the ACCME to provide con-

tinuing medical education for physicians.

The KU Medical Center Office of Continuing Medical Education

designates this live activity for a maximum of 5.0 AMA PRA

Category 1 Credits TM. Physicians should claim only the credit com-

mensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
