Welcome to the Arts Guild!

Building heARTs through the Arts

At the Northfield Arts Guild, we believe that everyone is a creative being. We believe that each

person has a unique perspective. We believe that each person has a creative voice to share with

the world. We believe that the arts are essential to expanding our heARTs and connecting us to

one another. Our education program is based on these beliefs, and we are proud to showcase a

wide array of quality arts classes in many arts genres for students young and old.

Our new Education staff, Megan Proft (Education and Volunteer Manager) and Bridget Novak

(Resident Teaching Artist and Education Coordinator) are kicking things up a notch by making

sure our classes meet the creative needs of our community and that our programs not only

bring people to the Guild, but bring the Guild to the people. In addition to providing a wealth of

classes in our buildings, be on the lookout for programs out in the community, like our traveling

art cart "Inspiration Station," and in partnership with other community organizations, like the

Northfield Senior Center and the Greenvale Park Community School. Keep on the lookout for

the Guild out in the community!

Through our classes and all our creative experiences, we invite you to connect with your creative

voice, make a new friend, and share in the joyful fun and play of the arts. By pARTicipating in the

arts, you are building a better community and a better world—one creative moment at a time.
