Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 166 of the Police Administration Act, the following property as shown on the attached schedule has been in the possession of the Officer in Charge, Police Station, Peter McAulay Centre, for a period in excess of 3 months and this property will be sold or otherwise disposed of in a manner as determined by the Commissioner of Police, if after twenty-eight (28) days from the publication of this notice the property remains unclaimed.

section 63(3) of the Interpretation Act, give notice that the rules committee of the
Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal has made the following rules under
section 138(3)(a) of the Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act:

with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the
Northern Land Council, under section 11(1) of the Aboriginal Land Act, declare each

Schedule 2 to be an open area.

Guardianship of Adults Act
Appointment of Public GuardianI, John Laurence Hardy, Administrator of the Northern Territory of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Executive Council:
(a) under section 68(1) of the Guardianship of Adults Act, appoint
Beth Susanne Walker to be the Public Guardian from 28 November 2016 to
31 January 2017; and
(b) under section 70(1) of the Act, determine that the Public Guardian holds office
on the conditions (including remuneration, expenses and allowances)
applicable from time to time to an Executive Officer 2 under the Public Sector
Employment and Management Act.
