project management
experience across the UK and
Ireland and specialise in the
SME sector working with
owner managers in
transforming their businesses.
Marcin Kosowski Associate I joined the APM in January 2015 as an
Associate Member, because I am
interested in project management and I
would like to enter the project
management profession. In order to
achieve it, I would like to participate in
Branch’s life as fully as I can. I am
currently a member of the Northern
Ireland branch committee and I would
like to continue in this role. My goal is to
learn about project management as
much as I can, and in return I am willing
to contribute towards the APM in
meaningful ways while working on the
committee.
I possess a range of
transferable skills which I
utilise while being a Branch
committee member. Among
them are my excellent
organisational and
communication skills. I am
extremely enthusiastic in all
that I undertake and I bring
passion to my work. I am also
passionate about using my
skill set for the completion of
any task, large or small. In
addition to that, I am
experienced in organising
and chairing meetings with
multiple internal and external
stakeholders. I am
experienced in public
speaking and talking to the
media. I hold a BA degree in
Management and Marketing,
and I gained the APM

As a past chairman of the
Construction Industry Group
for Northern Ireland and a
current member of RICS
Governing Council, I have a
proven experience in both
developing and
implementing strategy for a
professional organisation. As
well as a wide range of
contacts within the N.I.
government and civil service,
these will aid in raising the
profile of APM locally.
