Tuesday, August 14, 2018
10:00PM-6:00AM Central Time BK MLS will be performing a system-wide downtime maintenance on
Tuesday, August 14, 2018, from 10:00PM Central to 6:00AM
Central to deploy the 5.66 update. Please note that the downtime
window has been extended an extra two hours to accommodate
database updates and additional quality assurance testing.
REMINDER: Section 1.18 of the IRMLS Rules state:
“It is the policy of the MLS that the Listing Remarks
Section in the MLS System must only be used for infor-
mation that is descriptive and relevant to an accurate
description of the listed property. The MLS does not
permit the placement of any contact information in-
cluding listing agent, broker name, phone number,
company names, email addresses, web addresses, or
other information of this nature that does not serve to
describe the listed property is a violation.”
Action words such as “call today”, “call for a showing”,
“contact me before it’s too late”, etc. are NOT allowed
in the Marketing Remarks section.
