Current uniforms will be used by Freshman. Coaches Clinics Hall of Fame Dinner sponsorship 46 outstanding applications were received for the NRAB Scholarship. The scholarship review committee consists of parents who do not have graduating seniors. Ten total scholarships of $1,000 will be awarded to five boys and five girls at the May Senior Scholarship Night. Concessions made over $32,000 in the fall sports season. Concessions will be staffing 11 events at the Stadium this spring. The Purple and Gold booth sold over $3,300 in the fall season, of which NRAB receives 25%. Gold Cards made over $14,000 in the fall. Winter and spring sales are still pending. Athletes sold 1,012 car raffle tickets. Half of the proceeds go to the Stadium Foundation, half to the seller’s team. There are currently 263 Booster members. Night at the Races is fast approaching (April 14th) and volunteers are still needed! The Boosters approved expenditures for the following:

OPEN NRAB POSITIONS FOR THE 2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR

There is still time to apply if you are looking for a way to make a difference, get involved, and volunteer much-needed time to the athletic program in our district. Please consider adding your name to the nominee list for one of these positions. This is a great way to meet new people and help raise funds for our student athletes.

Elections will be held at the NRAB Meeting on May 7th. If you are interested, please contact Paul Twarog at 216.409.987.

Executive Board:

Treasurer:

Keep accurate records of all income and expenditures to and from the General Fund.

Collect all NRAB income and deposit it in the designated accounts.

Pay all expenditures that are incurred by the organization.

Prepare and present a current financial report of the North Royalton Athletic Boosters at each regular business meeting of the general membership.

File forms with organizations of the federal, state, and local governments, as required by law.

Perform other finance-related actions as assigned by the President.

Take the necessary steps to maintain North Royalton Athletic Boosters 501(c)(3) Status.

Maintain banking relationships and accounts in good status.

Sit as a member on the Finance Committee.

Have two (2) signatures on every check.

Trustees:

Car Raffle Trustees are responsible for distributing tickets to team representatives, collecting all money and tickets and maintaining a record of all tickets sold/returned.

Concessions Trustees are responsible for running the concession stands at Serpentini Stadium. Specific du-ties include coordinating with coaches to obtain volunteers to staff the concession stands, ordering all products to be offered for sale along with required supply items, maintaining control over cash, and coordinating the disbursement of profits among the appropriate organizations.

Gold Card Trustees are responsible for coordinating with the Gold Card representative, organizing Blitz Day, distributing tickets to teams, tracking team sales, collecting money from cards sold, submitting money to Treasurer.

Night at the Races Trustees are responsible for organizing the Night at the Races event. Duties include se-curing a company to run the races as well as the venue to hold the event. Coordinate food, tickets, raffle baskets, side boards, sell tickets, advertise, procure volunteers, and any other activities necessary to ensure a successful event.

Programs Trustee is responsible for coordinating team picture day, procuring advertisers, coordinating with the printer and coordinating staffing to sell the programs for Fall and Winter sports.

Purple and Gold Booth Trustee is responsible for coordinating with Gearin’ Up to keep a supply of North Royalton Spirit Wear in the booth at the stadium as well as procuring volunteers to work the booth at each game.
