NDCC|Denver’s Corridor of Opportunity
The NDCC is a part of a larger comprehensive envisioning effort by Mayor Hancock to energize a nearly 23-mile corridor that runs from Denver Union Station (DUS) to Denver International Airport (DIA) along I-70.

NDCC|What is the Initiative?
� The North Denver Cornerstone Collaborative (NDCC) represents a unique and historic opportunity to:
� Strategically align six projects to leverage planning and the subsequent physical improvements;
� Convene, coordinate and support existing project planning efforts across multiple entities;
� Facilitate the creation and execution of Public/Private Partnerships to identify funding options and to encourage a broad range of investment; and
� Provide regional communications/community engagement connectivity across projects to help drive shared opportunities.
NDCC|Project Descriptions
� The NDCC includes a collection of six significant projects:� CDOT’s I-70 East Redevelopment between Colorado Blvd and Brighton Blvd
� National Western Stock Show & Coliseum redevelopment;
� Brighton Blvd redevelopment between 29th and County Bounder
� River North (land on either side of Brighton Blvd and the South Platte River)
� RTD’s North Metro (NWSS Station), East Line (38th/Blake Station and 40th/Colorado Station) and Gold Line (41st & Fox)

NDCC| Integration-Alignment Sessions
� Given the complexity of the area and the various planning/project efforts underway, the NDCC is launching a series of Master Planning Integration/Alignment Sessions to:
� Prepare a master planning and projects inventory across all internal and external efforts;
� Understand and align critical decision points across projects (milestone map);
� Outline various project phasing scenarios (leverage opportunities) to aid in the development of project funding needs; and
� Support and inform the GES Neighborhood Planning
