The North Dakota Chapter of the International Association of Workforce Professionals:
Offers educational and training opportunities for our membership
Provides recognition and enhancement of our workforce professionals
Contributes to the success of our respective agencies and organizations

The ND Chapter of the International Association of Workforce Professionals is dedicated to providing networking and professional development opportunities for members.

− Invite managers to participate in forums and conferences
−President or designee brief Senior Management on association strategic plan
−Survey management for topic ideas for professional development and training
