PREGNANCY MASSAGEThe height in pampering for Mothers-to-Be. We’ll get you comfortable on the table and allow you to drift away as we release the tension brought on by carrying your precious cargo.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPYThe craniosacral system consists of the brain, spinal cords, membranes and fluid. In a craniosacral session, chronic patterns are recognized and released to create a more balanced state. Improves the function of the central nervous system, enhances immune system, induces deep states of relaxation. Has been known to release deep set patterns in the body. Wear loose comfortable clothing.

THERAPEUTIC ONCOLOGY MASSAGETake a proactive step toward your wellness by receiving a therapeutic oncology massage. Let us work with you to design a session specific to your needs, as you are going through treatment. Whether you are currently going through chemotherapy/radiation, or recovering from it, massage therapy can be beneficial for you. Some of the positive effects include: reduction in stress/depression; improve sleep and feelings of fatigue; decrease sensations relating to neuropathy; relief of muscle/joint soreness; improve immune function; reduce nausea and help regulate bowel function; create positive awareness and body image. DEEP TISSUE/SPORTS MASSAGEUsually focused in a targeted area of the body to lengthen muscle tissues. This muscle specific therapy is focused on the deeper lying muscle groups, releasing chronic tight spots, and creating more mobility.

HOT STONE THERAPYSwedish techniques designed to stimulate blood circulation, are blended with the use of water heated stones. Through this direct heat, muscle tissues soften creating a warm and relaxing experience. Also aids in ridding toxins from the body.

RAINDROP TECHNIQUEOils are used on the reflex points of the feet, and along the spine. This process uses a total of seven essential oils and two blends of other therapeutic oils. The essential oils used are Oregano, Thyme, Cypress, Basil, Wintermint, Peppermint, Marjoram, Valor, and Aroma Siez. Massage techniques used in this session enhance the benefits of the oils. Afterwards, a hot compress will be applied to the body.
