Sub:- Submission of monthly information from District offices - regarding.

Monthly information is being furnished by the DFOs to FHQ in 21 formats. It has beenobserved during the Departmental Review meeting held on 25th & 26th June, 2020 that some moreinformation needs to be incorporated in this proforma.

2. Accordingly, the proformas have been modified as below:

Proforma No. Modification5&6 Remarks column is added as column no. 11. This column is to be utilized for

reporting utilization of seedlings in SCATFORM from other schemes, lifting ofbamboo seedlings by TBM, transfer/receipt of seedlings to other Districts, Sub-Divisions etc.

9 & 10 Proforma 9 for seized timber has been split up into 9A, 9B for recording receipt anddisposal, respectively, of seized timber. Similarly Proforma 10 for Dept. operatedtimber has been split up into lOA, lOB for recording receipt and disposal,respectively, of dept. operated timber

12A to E These five new proforma are inserted as per directions of PCCF & CWLW forregular collection of information on wildlife matters.

14 A This has been inserted for monitoring status of sand mining proposals on a regularbasis

14B This has been inserted to monitor issue of Bamboo pass and consequent collectionof revenue

16 Headings for the columns for the format regarding submission of PDs has beenproperly given.

22 This has been inserted to monitor FDA wise JFMC & FDA meetings and newJFMC formation

3. The information in all proforma is to be submitted sub-division wise, along with totals for theDistrict. Wherever information regarding scheme is required, it should be furnished for each schemeand merging of schemes should be strictly avoided.

4. The complete set of proformas is enclosed. It is reiterated that the information in the aboveproformas is to be submitted within 5th of every month for the preceding month without fail. Theinformation is to be sent to ccft.tfd-tr@gov.in. . ~
