*~*~*FINAL SELECT LIST

1. In pursuance to the Notifications dated: 15.09.2016 & 22.06.2017 cited at reference-I

recruitment process to fill up 64 vacancies of Spl. Reserve Sub-Inspector (KSRP & IRB) (Men)

including In-Service was initiated and after the recruitment process this Office published

Provisional Select List cited at reference-2. After publishing the Provisional Select List, candidates

selected were subjected for comprehensive Medical Examination before Medical Board as

prescribed in 'the Karnataka State Reserve Police (Recruitment & Conditions of Service) Rule,

2009'.

2. Whereas, after the conduct of medical examination to the candidate selected, the Medical

Board vide letters No: BOWLEKAA/MBDI102/2017-18, dated: 27.10.2017 & 07.11.2017 has sent

the report furnishing that 58 candidates who were subjected for medical examination are 'FIT' and.

One candidate viz., Sri. Suresh Shankarappa Guled, bearing Roll No.4002524 is unfit.

Accordingly, the candidature of the above candidate namely Sri. Suresh Shankarappa Guled, was

cancelled vide order No.4 7/Rect-2/20 16-17, dated:04.0 1.2018.

3. Apart from this, in the letter cited at reference-3 it has been stated that five candidates who

were selected for the post of Spl. Reserve Sub-Inspector (KSRP & IRB) viz., Sri. Madolappa P.S.,

bearing Roll No:4002335, Sri. Mallappa Koujalagi bearing Roll No:4002076, Sri. Ramu Ashoka

Munje, bearing Roll No: 4002612, Sri. Prabhakar Bagali S., bearing Roll No: 4001180 and Sri.

Yogesh N., bearing Roll No: 4000985 have remained absent for the Medical Examination and have

expressed their unwillingness to join the post. Accordingly, considering the absence of the above

candidates for medical examination and unwillingness to join the post the candidature of these five

candidates were cancelled vide order No.47/Rect-2/20 16-17, dated:04.0 1.2018.

24. Whereas, as prescribed in the Cadre and Recruitment Rules called "the Karnataka State

Reserve Police (Recruitment and Conditions of Services) Rules, 2009", after medical examination

the Selection Authority has to prepare Final Select List on the basis of report sent by the Medical

Board. The following is the Final Select List of the candidates in order of merit selected for the

posts of Special Reserve Sub-Inspector (KSRP & IRB) (Men) including In-service.

a) This list is subject to the verification of relevant documents like Proof of Age,

Educational Qualification, Selection Category/ Group, Community/Caste, Rural,

Kannada Medium, Project Displaced Person, Discharge Certificate in case of Ex-

servicemen, Hyderabad-Karnataka Reservation etc., issued by the competent

Authorities and verification of Character & Antecedents of the candidates.

b) The final appointment is subject to verification of Annual Performance Report and

Departmental Enquiries if any pending against any of the In-service candidates.

c) The fact that the name of the candidates figures in this list does not give him any

legal right for appointment to the post which will be dependent on the aforesaid

conditions.

d) This select list is subject to the final decision of the Hon'ble Karnataka State

Administrative Tribunal! Hon 'ble High Court of Karnataka / Hon 'ble Supreme

Court of India.
