• Planting of new plants is done on Columbus. • Rock project is done, it looks great. • Paul asked for a bid for a follow up rock project to extend the rock project to some really

bad areas. • The residue of the rock piles, still remains and needs to be cleaned up on the streets and

the sidewalks as needed. • Some of the new plants appear to be struggling, please check the watering at the

Warner entrance. Management Company Report (Jen Amundson) Jen provided a summary of the property management report. Committee Reports:

Social Committee • Movie night in Columbus Park, 7 May, Despicable Me, 7:30 p.m., movie starts at

dark, popcorn free, candy $1 a box. Coordinate with Heath Westenskow for the use of screen, projector, generator and sound system.

FF Park Committee: • Jen is going to seek a legal representative to discuss the path forward with the

• We need to socialize the guidelines for the recording open meetings.

• We need to get something in the FFS news letter and Facebook, about theft in the area.

Videotaping and Audio-taping Rules

Changes were made to rule number 3, bullet “A” was taken out, and kept was “written notice within 24 hours”. Heath Westenskow made a motion to approve new rule. Rita Mayer seconded the motion. Motion passed 5/0

November. Jen has ordered catering by Famous Dave’s BBQ. She has scheduled the same DJ and Jump Around for entertainment. She would like to eliminate the snow cone machine and add a balloon clown and face painting. She will contact ELS to donate extra water bottles. ProEm is supplying the tables, chairs, and port-a-potty all within budget.


• The committee sent a letter to 2281 E Saratoga for unapproved trim color. • There have been several paint requests. • Pop outs and trim must be a different color than the body of the house.
