Between May 17th 2003 and July 8th 2003 two identicalvehicles working in identical conditions were selected for test.Vehicle A remained untreated whilst all twelve wheels of vehicleB were treated with Tyre Protector. We do not guarantee punctures createdby larger puncturing objects as thisseriously affects the integrity of thetyre.Therefore, the tyre would need tobe examined and repaired adopting thevulcanising method.

The proprietary blend of propylene glycol,premium quality solvents, high molecularweight polymers and differing grades ofrubber fibres and particles is Non-Toxic,Non-Hazardous and fully biodegradable. Itincludes special corrosion-inhibitors andpreservatives that prevent corrosion of thesteel belts and preserve the rubber within thetyre.

The thixotropic, gel-like solution, whichremains in a liquid state for the life of thetyre, is pumped into the tyre via the valvestem after the removal of the valve core.

As the tyre rotates, the centrifugal forceevenly spreads Tyre Protector over theentirety of the internal tread area, coating thearea with a minimum 2mm coating of sealant.Tyre Protector does NOT cause ANYwheel imbalance.The coating prevents leaksimmediately a penetration occurs asthousands of strong interlocking fibres reactinstantly sealing around the puncturing objectthus preventing loss of air.

Important Note:Under normal circumstances we recommendthat a puncturing object may be left in thetyre without causing any additional damage.(This will be explained in greater detail whenyou see our full demonstration). Puncturingobjects may be removed, using our tried andtested method ONLY. Immediate sealing ofthe puncturing wound (within the guaranteecriteria) takes place once the set procedurefor removal has been followed. This “repair”is permanent and is guaranteed to lastfor the legal life of the tyre.

Let’s recap:● Under-inflation is the biggest cause of blow

outs and tyre wear. Under-inflationgenerates excess heat (a tyres biggestenemy). Most tyres run under-inflatedbecause a tyre loses air via the microscopicpores in rubber (porosity leaks).
