The Board of Directors of Dawson Area Development has determined that housing is a vital component of Economic and Community Development. Dawson Area Development will foster strategies to determine specific needs; stimulate development; and rehabilitation of housing stock in Dawson County. DAD shall also aid its residents in becoming more educated and reliable in the maintenance of current and future housing stock.
