Subject: Compilation of FAQs in respect of various modules of PFMS viz. PAO Payment &

Accounting Module, CDDO, EIS and NTRP.

A reference is invited to this office OM No.1-115/MF/CGA/ITD/2014-15/426-447

dated September 24, 2015 and subsequent OMs regarding roll out of Payment & Accounting

module and other related modules viz. CDDO, EIS and NTRP through PFMS. Enhanced PFMS

application for online payment and accounting has so far been implemented in 406 PAOs.

2. Training programmes for users are being conducted before roll out of PFMS and

its related modules. It has, however, been observed that some of the PAOs/DDOs are facing

problem in smooth implementation of PFMS. Also, development of an application is a

continuous process and frequent modifications are taking place on regular basis.

3. In order to resolve the problems being faced by the users in smooth

implementation of PFMS and related modules, and also to apprise them of the latest

developments/modifications in the PFMS application, a need has been felt to prepare a

compilation of “Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)” on the basis of users’ feedback.

4. Accordingly, with an objective to discuss the most common issues, it has been

decided to conduct a workshop at INGAF, New Delhi as per the schedule mentioned below:
