The Financial Year 2010 – 2011 closed with a happy note

during which your company has broken all the previous

records by crossing a century mark in Sales. This was the

'GOAL' set by all of us, which could only happen with the

consistent and sincere efforts, hard work and the

contribution of all the departments be it Sales &

Marketing, Finance, Purchase, HRD and Production.

My heartiest congratulations to “TOPS TEAM”. Setting

higher 'Goals' has always been my endeavor and for the

Financial Year 2011-2012 my vision is to achieve 150 mark

sales and I am sure, that all of us will perform our duties,

honestly and sincerely, leading to the achievement of our

goal. On the path to victory, we must 'FOCUS' on our

targets on day to day basis and work hard towards

realizing it.

As success comes from focusing on doing one thing

brilliantly rather than doing many things poorly. Stay

focused and be successful at whichever you do in life.

Let us all pledge that we will give our 100% for achieving

the goal set for the organization.

It has been the great moment that we achieved a century

mark during the financial year 2010-2011. In fact this has

been my dream for the past few years which has come true.

The higher 'GOAL' which has been set by our CMD to

cross 150 mark in the Financial Year 2011-12 will also be

achieved by the consistent and tireless efforts of all at

'TOPS'.

During the past few years, our focus has been on

marketing front and we used various media for brand

building, this will be continued in the Current year also.

For this we have given additional support and help by

going into “Electronic Media.”

The reason, I am confident to achieve the set goal is that

we have an excellent 'TOPS TEAM' on all the fronts, which

is always focused to do every task confidently and will be

committed to cross the 'GOAL' set for 2011-12.

Mr. H.R. Bharija (President – HRD)

Mr. H.R. Bharija is a graduate from Delhi University,

who also did Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel

Management from Punjab University.

His first job was with Hindustan Copper Ltd, a Govt.

of India Enterprise, where he joined at a Secretarial

post and reached to a respectable officer level. He worked in

HCL for 14 years and then joined N.T.P.C in H.R. Department,

where he dealt with Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare. He

effectively managed the administration during his tenure with

N.T.P.C. for 20 years.

Mr. H.R. Bharija joined M/s. G.D. Foods in 2003 as a Senior

Manager HRD. He is using his past experience to handle:

• Recruitment of Staff at all Levels •Training & Development

• Creating family atmosphere by developing close relationship

from on line workers, to staff members and managerial staff.

Due to his dedicated hard work he has been promoted to Vice

President HRD and then to the level of President HRD. His

overall contribution in developing the organization has been

tremendous. We wish him all the success. Healthy and long life.

crossing a century mark in Sales during the Financial Year

2010-11. It has always been great to address you through our

esteemed News letter “The Expressions”.

The theme of this edition is 'FOCUS'. Focus is the act of

challenging all our activities in achieving a desired objective and

that too on day to day basis. This is my firm belief that one

should not deviate from one's aim and stay focused, in spite of

various obstacles coming on our way.

My special advice to our Sales Team is to set their targets

product wise as per the growth to be achieved every month and

I am sure the value wise targets will be crossed. Once again, I

wish that all the department to stay focused on their aim and

that the target 150 mark sales.

We all must be victorious in facing the challenge and reaching

the Target.
