• The company was first founded in Japan as Komyosha in 1881.
• They began business with projects for the Japanese Navy.
• In 1896, the company moved all their production activities to a new factory in Tokyo.

It can be concluded from this report that:
• Nippon paint is one of the fastest growing paint company in the Pakistan.
• It has expanded about 60 major cities and town across Pakistan in a short period of just one and half years from the date of its establishment.
• Nippon paint is Japan based company and invest 205 million dollar in Pakistan in the form of direct investment in this industry .
• Nippon paint is include in the top ten pain producer in Asian region and has more than hundred and twenty year of experience this dynamic field of business and has much expertise in the paint industry.
• Nippon’s paint provide great amount of color selection to their customer and provide high quality paint product in the Pakistan.Nippon paint believe in high quality .
• Investment by Nippon paint in Pakistan is the result of close relationship between people of Japan and Pakistan and it is an effort from them to stabilize the shrinking economy of the country
CONCLUSION & ESSENCE OF THE STUDY:
Suggestions And Recommendations
•Although this organization is doing a good business and its progressing with the time but there are some suggestions:•Nippon paint should concentrate on promotion of their products and try to enhance the target market.•Nippon paint should try to capture the urban as well as remote area market.•To get more market share it needs qualitative products with innovation styles and aggressive market activities to create awareness among public regarding their products.•To make their products technically round they need more technology advancement but with reasonable price
• As Pakistan is developing country so they should sponsor social and sports to get the attention of general public.
• Regarding the advertising the organization don’t have enough advertising on the print media as well as on the electronic media
• Providing the more and more facilities to their customers at their customer doorstep by increasing their dealers net through out the nation
• Nippon paint should take advantage of Nippon paint japans good will and increase their goodwill in Pakistan quality and its product conformity.
• Nippon paint should reorganize their all strength and try to increase their customer share and also try to give tuff time to their competitors.
